Bryn Gribben Bio

Bryn Gribben is a poet and essayist living in Seattle with two cats and a love song of a husband. She was a 2021 finalist for the Porch Prize in nonfiction, a 2022 finalist for the Peseroff Prize in poetry, and a Pushcart nominee for her essay “Cabin.” Bryn left academia for a job in antiques and loves the living relationships that exist among objects of the past. Otherwords Press released her memoir, Amplified Heart: An Emotional Discography, in July 2022, the week of her wedding. She’s just finished her second full-length manuscript, The Patron Saints of Stuff.
